Duties Review and verify settlement documents. Coordinate with lenders and real estate companies to facilitate timely disbursement of funds and proper recording of property transfers. Prepare and process post-closing documentation such as final title policies, payoff statements, and loan funding packages. Qualifications Proven experience as a real estate settlement post closer. Knowledge of the real estate settlement process. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in document review and record keeping Proficiency in using settlement software, Qualia.
