Job Description
Overview Join our dynamic team as a Real Estate Settlement Post Closer, where you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and accurate closing processes for real estate transactions. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work closely with loan officers, underwriters, escrow officers, and title companies to facilitate seamless settlement procedures. Your expertise will help uphold compliance with federal regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and Fair Housing laws, while maintaining a focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients. Duties Review and verify settlement documents. Coordinate with lenders and real estate companies to facilitate timely disbursement of funds and proper recording of property transfers. Prepare and process post-closing documentation such as final title policies, payoff statements, and loan funding packages. Qualifications Proven experience as a real estate settlement post closer. Knowledge of the real estate settlement process. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in document review and record keeping Proficiency in using settlement software, Qualia. Pay:
