Job Description

Mentorship-Driven Growth Most new agents struggle because they are forced to figure out lead generation and client management in isolation. We do things differently. We are looking for a licensed, service-oriented agent to join our team in a "co-pilot" capacity, working directly alongside the Team Leader to master the business through hands-on experience.
The Role:
Hands-On Development Open House Mastery:
You will work side-by-side with the Team Leader while observing and participating in live client interactions to learn how to build rapport and convert leads effectively.
In-Person Lead Generation:
Instead of cold-calling, you will focus on high-intent, face-to-face opportunities. You'll be trained on a proven system for executing professional follow-up.
Client Advocacy & Showings:
Assist with property showings and client appointments, gaining a front-row seat to the negotiation and discovery process.
Listing Preparation:
Support the team in preparing properties for the market and learning the strategies we use to command top dollar. What We Support You With Direct 1-on-1
Mentorship:
Real-time coaching during live transactions. You'll learn the scripts and strategies that work in the current market.
Lead Flow & Support:
You'll leverage our Targeted Open House Strategy , where we prioritize listings and locations that historically generate the highest quality of buyer interaction. In return, you provide the dedication and consistent follow-through required to turn those interactions into clients.
Technology & Systems:
Full access to a CRM and the Compass suite of AI tools and marketing support to keep.
Onboarding Blueprint:
A structured 90-day plan designed to move you from training to your first closing quickly and confidently.
Qualifications Active Virginia Real Estate License:
Required (or in the final stages of licensing).
Professional Communication:
You enjoy engaging with people and can maintain a high level of service under pressure.
Commitment:
Real estate is a weekend-heavy business. You must be available and energized to work during peak open house hours.
Accountability:
You are a self-starter who values a structured daily system for lead management. Commit to our core mission of "Serve Our Neighbors, Not Ourselves" , ensuring it drives every decision we make as a team.
Expected First-Year Earnings:
$55,000-$65,000 (Commission-based).
