Show homes, host open houses, and expertly negotiate contracts. Build local authority and expand your market presence across the border region.Qualifications We Value:
Active Virginia OR North Carolina Real Estate License (Strictly Required). (Note:
Being dual-licensed in both states is a significant advantage!) In-depth knowledge of the local cross-border markets, specifically Chesapeake, VA, as well as Moyock, Elizabeth City, Hertford, and South Mills, NC. Tech-savvy and comfortable adopting new CRM platforms and digital real estate tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and time-management skills.
