Responsibilities Consistently use PLACE lead generation systems each week Host two open houses every month Turn prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Join in weekly script practice sessions as part of the team routine Take part in team activities following our team's guidelines Dedicate time to weekly 1:1 coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls Complete the PLACE Launch program to build a strong foundation Work closely with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and help find the right homes Prepare and negotiate offers on behalf of your buyers Keep track of your activities and client information using PLACE Technology Qualifications Active WA Real Estate License is
