We are excited to welcome a Leasing Consultant to join the team at our luxury mid-rise community, set in the timeless, historic waterfront area of NW Everett, WA. About the Opportunity This is more than a leasing role. We are looking for a hospitality-minded, relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating meaningful first impressions and exceptional resident experiences. At GLPM, leasing is about more than filling apartments — it is about building trust, fostering community, and helping residents feel genuinely at home. This is a full-time, onsite position with weekends required and strong commission potential.
