EVERY DAY

until you have your business Graduate from PLACE Launch Execute PLACE lead generations systems weekly Conduct minimum of eight open houses monthly Make enough calls each day to set a minimum of one appointment everyday. Participate in weekly script practice per team standards Participate in team activities per team standards Show up as a leader on day one. Be accountable. Sales = having conversations with people, ON THE PHONE, at the OPEN HOUSES, yes you can text as well but you have to be able to pick up a phone and call people and have conversations. We will teach you what to say but you have to be able to call, even if you are nervous do it anyway. That is the key to success = conversations. We have all the tools and training AND you need to have self discipline, not have to be told what to do but are able to learn and seek out the answers. Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
