Responsibilities Implement PLACE lead generation strategies on a weekly basis Host two open houses each month Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled client appointments Engage in weekly script practice sessions in alignment with team standards Actively participate in team meetings and collaborative activities as required Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching, ongoing training sessions, and Partner Calls Advise buyers throughout the process, secure signed buyer agreements, and assist in identifying suitable properties Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of clients Maintain detailed records of activities and client interactions using PLACE Technology Take advantage of opportunities for paid events and travel incentives by achieving performance goals Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service.
