Compensation:
$120,500 - $295,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with experienced agents to learn best practices and refine your sales techniques. Utilize our lead generation systems to identify and pursue new business opportunities. Conduct property showings and open houses to showcase listings and attract buyers. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local real estate market and industry trends. Build and nurture relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and trust. Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your skills and career growth.
Qualifications:
Active Real Estate License or willingness to obtain one. Experience in customer service or sales, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are met. Proven track record of setting and achieving personal or professional goals. Willingness to learn and adapt to new real estate technologies and systems. Ability to work collaboratively with team members to achieve common goals. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently. Commitment to ongoing professional development and participation in training sessions.
