Job Description

This is not a team . This is not a desk job . And it's definitely not a typical "open house" role . We're expanding a new-construction site agent program that quietly completed a successful 90-day soft launch — and we're now opening a limited number of additional spots for licensed real estate agents who want better exposure, better conversations, and more ways to get paid . What This Opportunity Looks Like As a Site Agent, you'll serve as the on-site host and guide for brand-new construction communities. You'll be the first point of contact for buyers — answering questions, creating great experiences, and opening doors (literally and professionally). This program is designed to be one pillar of your business , not your entire identity.
You:
Keep your independence Do not have to join a team Gain consistent, high-quality buyer exposure Get paid even when you're not the buyer's representative How You Get Paid Compensation is structured to reward both relationship-building and representation: Full commission when you meet and represent the buyer Commission bonuses when you assist buyers who already have representation In other words: your time, professionalism, and influence are valued — even when you're not "the agent on paper." Why Agents Are Excited About This Guaranteed weekend open houses — without the work of booking, marketing, or begging for them Consistent face-to-face buyer conversations in high-intent environments Opportunity to earn commission from new construction sales even without representation No cost to participate Built to complement your existing business, not compete with it Training & Certification All participating agents complete a clock-hour Site Agent Pro certification , ensuring you're confident, competent, and credible on-site. Beyond certification, you'll receive ongoing training covering: New construction sales Builder processes Land & development fundamentals How buyers think differently in new construction environments This is real education — not fluff. Marketing Support Agents in the program do some light social media marketing — and you won't be left guessing. We provide guidance, support, and frameworks to help you show up professionally without turning content creation into another full-time job. Brokerage Affiliation No cost to join Must be a Keller Williams agent Not with KW? That's a conversation — not a disqualifier Who This Is For You're likely a fit if you: Are licensed and active Enjoy buyer conversations and being on-site Want consistent exposure without giving up independence Are curious about new construction, land, and development Appreciate opportunities that aren't plastered all over the internet Next Step If this sparked curiosity —apply here and we'll set up a conversation to explore whether this makes sense for you and your business.
