Responsibilities Complete the PLACE Launch program Implement PLACE lead generation systems on a weekly basis Advise buyers, secure signed agreements, and help them find suitable homes Negotiate offers for both sellers and buyers Monitor tasks and activities using PLACE Technology Host two open houses each month Transform prospecting and lead generation efforts into scheduled appointments Engage in weekly script practice according to team standards Take part in team activities as per team guidelines Dedicate time to weekly one-on-one coaching sessions, training, and Partner Calls Advise sellers, secure listings, and effectively market their properties Showcase expertise in pricing strategies, staging, and other listing-related services Qualifications You possess a natural drive and competitive edge in sales.
