LEASING AGENT - SEASONAL PART TIME
Highlights 20 Hours Weekly; Must be available to work on Saturday and Sunday April - September 2026 Onsite at Crown Pointe Apartments (Lakewood WA) $30/hr plus leasing bonuses Company Overview SUHRCO Residential is a boutique property management company who caters to multifamily residential communities and their owners. As a third-party manager of multifamily housing, SUHRCO manages over thirty (30) communities in Washington State from Bellingham to Olympia. Headquarters are in Bellevue. Job Summary The Leasing Agent supports leasing, marketing, customer service, and administrative functions for the community. This role manages leasing leads, conducts tours, processes applications and renewals, maintains property presentation standards, and assists the Community Manager and Assistant Manager in achieving occupancy and resident satisfaction goals. Responsibilities 1. Maintaining the Physical Asset Maintain a clean and organized leasing office. Conduct daily inspections of tour paths, model/vacant units, and common areas. Report scheduled or priority work orders to the supervisor. 2. Marketing and Leasing Lease all vacancies and complete renewals as assigned. Maintain and follow up on all leasing leads. Monitor advertising and marketing programs and report discrepancies. Post 3 daily Craigslist ads for leasing and pre-leasing. Visit competitors and complete "Shop the Competition" or Market Survey reports. Recommend improvements to marketing/leasing programs. Conduct outside marketing when directed. 3. Financial Reporting and Control Submit timesheets on time per payroll schedule. Notify the Community Manager of any accounting data inaccuracies. Enter all move-ins and move-outs into Entrata when delegated, and submit completed files. 4. Administration Complete daily filing and manage phone calls/voicemails. Apply Fair Housing principles and understand state landlord-tenant laws. Assist the Community Manager and Assistant Manager as needed. Review and implement updates from the Property Communication Notebook. Submit content for the community newsletter for approval. Attend required training programs. Maintain professional, courteous conduct with residents, coworkers, and the public. Demonstrate "ACTS": Attitude, Consistency, Teamwork, Service . Submit vacation requests 30 days in advance; obtain prior approval for overtime. 5. Resident Satisfaction Treat residents with respect and respond promptly to concerns. Build positive relationships and assist with resident events. Go the extra mile to promote resident happiness and retention. Qualifications Education & Experience High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in leasing, customer service, hospitality, or sales preferred. Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Entrata) is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong customer service and communication skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks. Comfortable with marketing, online advertising, and follow-up outreach. Ability to conduct property tours and maintain professional presentation. Other Requirements Basic understanding of Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws (or willingness to learn). Ability to work some weekends or flexible hours as needed. Reliable transportation for outside marketing or competition visits. Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with representing the property and ownership.Benefits:
