SUPERSTAR

for our Art Director/Sales Position. Our work literally changes people's lives for the better and we're growing so fast because of it. We've got the best job in town and we're looking for a very special person to join us. In this role, you'll be responsible for guiding clients through the selection and investment process for their custom wall art and luxury albums. You'll engage with excited clients after their photoshoot, help them visualize their portraits as stunning artwork, and lead them through a high-touch, consultative sales experience. You'll ensure each client understands the value of their artwork, helping them confidently invest in pieces they'll cherish for a lifetime. In summary; as the Art Director, you will guide clients through the selection and purchasing process of their custom artwork. You'll build strong relationships, uncover their needs and motivations, and provide a consultative experience that helps them invest in luxury wall art and albums. Additionally, you'll follow up with clients, answer inquiries, and ensure they receive personalized support throughout their journey. Attention to detail is very important to us... Schedule:

Operational Hours

• Monday-Wednesday and Thursday
• Sunday 11 AM
• 8 PM part-time or full-time availability preferred.

this is in person only. You must be available to work weekends including Sundays.

Qualifications:

Ideal candidates are: Outgoing, Reliable, Mature, Well-spoken, Energetic, and can strike up a good conversation in any situation. A confident, persuasive salesperson with experience in luxury sales, interior design, or high-end photography products. . Administration or Inside Sales experience is an asset. Candidates should be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Have a passion connecting with people. Previous roles in sales preferred. An excellent communicator who makes clients feel valued and understood. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Excellent organizational and time management skills Must be patient, empathetic, and possess the ability to listen to people while taking notes.
