The Leasing Agent's main focus will be leasing homes, answering prospective residents' emails and phone calls, schedule showings and lease apartments. Position is hourly, non-exempt, located primarily in Redmond, with some involvement at our Kirkland properties, working 40 hours per week, Wednesday to Sunday, 9am to 5pm . Must be available on the weekend. You will be eligible for competitive leasing commissions and additional incentives! Qualifications Leasing experience preferred, but no experience necessary. On the job training will be provided. Bachelor degree preferred Proficient in all aspects of computing, work with property management software is preferred

• we use AppFolio Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize and take initiative Close attention to detail while multi-tasking Professional, businesslike demeanor Must pass background check and have GREAT references! Responsibilities Tour prospects, market units, and lease apartments as necessary
• must be strong salesperson! Flexible schedule as needed
• this will include some evening and weekend work Post advertisements for available apartment homes.

This includes writing a marketing description, adding photography, and updating prices and specials. Administrative work will include coordinating move ins and being the face of the office as residents walk in to ask questions. Benefits This is a temporary, full-time position available immediately through the end of September 2026. This role is not benefits-eligible.
