Key Responsibilities Greet prospective residents, provide tours, and highlight community features Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries promptly Build rapport with prospects and follow up to maximize leasing opportunities Process applications, verify documentation, and prepare lease agreements Assist with resident relations, renewals, and service requests Maintain accurate records in property management software Support marketing efforts, including social media posts, outreach, and community events Ensure the leasing office and model units are clean, welcoming, and well‑presented Qualifications Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred Strong communication and people skills Comfortable using computers and learning new software Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to work Saturdays as needed Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Benefits Through BG Staffing Weekly pay Health, dental, and vision insurance options PTO or sick leave in accordance with applicable state and local laws Referral bonus opportunities About BG Staffing BG Staffing is a nationwide staffing firm specializing in the property management and multifamily industry.
