Leasing Professional Madden Industrial Craftsmen - 3.9 Renton, WA Job Details Part-time $24 - $25 an hour 22 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Professional networking Customer communication Fair Housing Act Sales In-person customer service Filing Property leasing Attention to detail Tenant conflict resolution Performing background checks Section 8 Full Job Description Madden Industrial Craftsmen is currently seeking a Leasing Professional for a multi-family community in Renton, WA This is a part-time position working Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM.
Requirements:
Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Strong communication and customer service skills 1-2 years of leasing experience preferred Knowledge of LIHTC, Section 8, HUD programs, and Fair Housing guidelines required Must pass required background check for housing compliance
Responsibilities:
Show apartments, process applications, and complete leasing paperwork Meet leasing goals using strong customer service and sales skills Respond to resident questions and help resolve concerns Maintain accurate tenant files, lease records, and basic reports Process rent payments and other basic transactions Follow Fair Housing, OSHA, and property safety guidelines Assist with daily property operations and routine inspections Coordinate with maintenance on work orders and property upkeep Help enforce property rules and report issues to management Assist with scheduling and staff coordination as needed Support resident retention efforts including renewals and resident engagement Assist with incident reporting involving residents, staff, or vendors
Pay:
$24.00 - $25.00 per hour
