Job Summary :

The Part-Time Leasing Specialist our management team to give tours of available apartments. A driver's license and car is required for this job as you will be driving to various properties (you will be reimbursed for your mileage). There will also be some admin work in supporting the apartments and condominium management. This will include assisting residents with communications, creating flyers for condominiums, maintaining updated contacts, coordination key distributions, mailing notices or late fees, and assisting on special projects.

Highlighted Tasks:

Coordinate leasing activities (message prospects, schedule tours, send out applications) Assist with marketing and advertising vacancies Manage communications with residents Schedule routine and emergency maintenance Respond to maintenance calls Track delinquencies (accounts receivable)

Qualifications:

Apartment leasing experience is a plus Upbeat, happy and friendly! Strong customer service skills, very organized and attentive to detail AA or higher degree required (or working towards a degree) Experience with Yardi is a plus!
