Managing Broker

We're looking for a highly driven full-time real estate managing broker to lead our top-performing team. You'll recruit new agents to grow your real estate brokerage, create training materials to develop high-producing agents, and oversee operations to ensure company success. Compensation:

$150,000 at plan

Responsibilities:

Create training materials for new real estate agents and provide training to ensure their performance aligns with our brokerage's standards Cooperate with the leadership team on a retention strategy to ensure we keep our top-performing real estate agents Oversee all operational responsibilities of the brokerage including the company's MLS listings and all real estate transactions Support real estate agents by helping to produce marketing materials and promote the brokerage online and on social media to gain sales Grow the brokerage office by recruiting new realtors that will make excellent team members

Qualifications:

Applicants need a managing broker's license At least 3+ years of experience as a licensed, actively practicing agent at a real estate company The management and leadership skills to successfully guide a team of high-performing real estate agents Strong understanding of the real estate industry and all state and national Fair Housing and real-estate laws to ensure compliance Excellent customer service and communication skills About Company Brody Broker has been involved in the real estate business for over two decades.
