In this energetic role, you will support the leasing process by engaging with prospective tenants, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations. Your enthusiasm and customer service skills will help create a welcoming environment for all visitors and tenants alike. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career in property management while contributing to the smooth operation of our leasing activities. Duties Assist in marketing available properties through phone inquiries, online listings, and in-person tours, emphasizing features that appeal to prospective tenants Conduct move-in and move-out walk-throughs and complete written and photo reports. Support the leasing process by collecting applications, verifying tenant information, and entering data accurately into property management systems Coordinate lease signings, prepare contracts, and ensure all legal documentation complies with landlord-tenant law and Fair Housing regulations Respond promptly to tenant inquiries via phone and email, providing exceptional customer service and upselling available units or amenities when appropriate Support property maintenance coordination by reporting issues and following up on repairs to ensure tenant satisfaction Perform general bookkeeping tasks such as entering invoices, posting charges, and basic reconciliations under supervision. Experience Previous experience in property management or real estate administrative roles is highly preferred Basic bookkeeping experience/skills preferred Familiarity with property management software is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with a professional phone etiquette approach Experience handling contracts, negotiation, conflict management, and legal administrative tasks is a plus Office experience involving data entry, filing, and facilities management will support success in this role Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in data entry and record keeping Growth opportunity Clear path for the right person to grow into a full-time Property Manager role as the company continues to expand rapidly Hands-on training and support from an experienced property manager Join us to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to creating positive living experiences!
