Closer to join our growing team in Spokane . An LPO license is not required but a bonus. For the right candidate, there is an opportunity to manage the Spokane Branch.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Neutral third party to facilitate, process, and successfully close real estate transactions for parties pursuant to a written and fully-executed agreement signed by parties outside of escrow. Ensures that proper professional and proper procedures are followed in the closing of the real estate and mortgage transactions. This includes proper accounting of escrow funds, client relations, reviewing lender packages, recording packages, and correction of all necessary documents. Ensures strict compliance with RESPA, DBO, CFPB, and all regulatory compliance including state and federal laws.

• Prepare accurate and detailed Company approved Escrow Instructions on behalf of the Company that directs and informs outside parties of Escrow Officer's duties
• Ensuring all modifications to agreements are maintained by written agreements, signed by the parties, with copies of all documents in the file.

Overseeing all post-closing matters on each processed escrow to make sure Lender's Instructions are followed and all terms of the instructions are complied with in a timely manner. Implement a plan for ensuring excellent customer service to all parties to the transaction by supervising and managing unit's administrative staff. Responsible for reviewing and clearing all monthly trial balance reports and outstanding checks.

Minimum Qualifications:
