Based onsite in a professionally furnished model home, this role is responsible for guiding prospective buyers through every step of the new construction home-buying journey, from initial inquiry to closing. This commission-based opportunity is ideal for a licensed real estate professional with new construction sales experience who thrives in a customer-focused environment and enjoys collaborating with builders, lenders, and a high-performing team. Expected earnings range from $45,000-$60,000 during the approximately four-month community sales period, with income tied to sales performance and incentive opportunities. While this position is tied to a specific community, successful candidates may be considered for future communities and ongoing opportunities within our growing new construction division. The primary focus of this role is the successful sale of homes within the assigned community. Responsibilities Responsibilities Welcome and engage prospective homebuyers visiting the community Conduct model home and community tours Follow up with leads and maintain consistent communication throughout the sales process Present pricing, floor plans, features, and available inventory Prepare and manage purchase agreements and related documentation Coordinate with builder representatives, lenders, title companies, and transaction coordinators Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports Host community events and open houses as needed Qualifications Qualifications Active Washington State Real Estate License (required) Previous new construction sales experience preferred Strong understanding of real estate contracts and transaction processes Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team Comfortable working weekends and a builder sales schedule About-our-team At TeamBuilder Residential, we strive to provide the highest level of service to our clients.
