What we are looking for:
A motivated and customer-focused Leasing Agent who excels at building relationships and creating a positive experience for prospective and current residents. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and driven to meet leasing goals by effectively managing leads, conducting tours, and closing leases. Strong communication and sales skills, with the ability to connect with a diverse range of people and provide exceptional customer service. Attention to detail and follow-through are essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring a smooth leasing process. Experience in leasing, sales, or customer service is preferred, along with familiarity with property management software. Difference Duties and Responsibilities:
Answer phones and email and post/monitor social media for the property Maintain cleanliness of model apartments and tour path Know your occupancy, available inventory, and which apartments are ready for tours Run leasing applications Visit competitive properties, conduct market surveys, and create advertising materials Prepare leasing agreements, review with new residents, and ensure complete and accurate lease files Qualifications High School education or equivalent Able to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form You have previous clerical/administrative experience and experience with office computers and software Able to speak to residents and maintain good working relations with other team members and any contract laborers working on the property We re invested in you- because your well-being fuels your success.
