Job Description

Summary Are you an experienced real estate professional who: Seeks a genuine team environment rather than working in isolation Is ready to adopt a tested lead generation and prospecting system Appreciates structure, coaching, and accountability Takes full responsibility for your production and outcomes Is driven to cultivate relationships within the senior services community Aims for consistent, repeatable success based on listings Is dedicated to growth, professionalism, and making a lasting impact If so, Real Estate 55+ could be the perfect next step in your career. This opportunity is not suited to agents seeking shortcuts, avoiding structure, or expecting results without disciplined effort. It is designed for professionals who recognize that reliable success stems from following a proven framework, nurturing meaningful connections, and maintaining integrity even when no one is watching. Responsibilities As a Real Estate 55+ Partner Agent, you will: Consult with sellers from first contact through closing, providing fiduciary-level guidance Convert seller opportunities into listing appointments and signed agreements Prepare and present pricing strategies, CMAs, and structured listing consultations Advise on repairs, preparation, and staging appropriate for senior homeowners Establish and execute listing marketing plans with team support Evaluate, showing feedback, and recommend strategic pricing adjustments Negotiate offers and contracts in the seller's best interest Maintain consistent, professional follow-up with clients and prospects Network and build strong relationships with senior service providers (estate attorneys, probate attorneys, financial planners, senior move managers, assisted living communities, contractors, and related professionals) Operate within established systems while contributing insight and feedback You are not expected to operate alone — but you are expected to confidently lead the seller relationship and take ownership of your results. Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to others' needs, and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally. You are a strong communicator and committed to service. 4-5+ closed transactions (listing experience strongly preferred) Active Washington State real estate license Willing to serve homeowners throughout the South Sound Strong communication and follow-up skills Comfortable learning and using technology Full-time (or full-time others' needsintent) commitment to real estate About-our-team About Real Estate 55+ Real Estate 55+ is the Senior Services division of Refined Roots Real Estate, created to serve senior homeowners and their families throughout the South Sound with clarity, dignity, and fiduciary-level care.
