Job Description

Job Overview Premier Property Management, Inc. - a leading property management company in Clark County, Washington - is currently looking to fill a full time position for a Leasing Agent. The Leasing Agent will assist with general leasing services, including: showing vacant rental units to prospective applicants, maintaining property advertising, taking photographs of properties, installing/removing for rent signs and lock boxes, delivering notices, answering phone calls / email / online inquiries, and other duties as assigned. Qualification Requirements To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. EXPERIENCE A.A/A.S
from a College/University in Business/Accounting/or equivalent field; and two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. At least two (2) years of office / clerical / administrative experience. Prior property management experience a plus, but not required. Someone with the right skill-set can be trained in the specifics of the industry.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus. This position involves using either company provided vehicles or driving personal vehicle with mileage reimbursement, so a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record is required.
Compensation:
Pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hour starting. After 90 days, position is benefits eligible (100% paid health, dental, and vision insurance for the employee, PTO accrual, & paid holidays. After 12 months, position is eligible for participation in the company Simple Plan IRA retirement account w/ 3% company match).
