Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Closing Agent/Closing Processor to join our dynamic real estate team. In this vital role, you will oversee the final stages of property transactions, ensuring all legal, financial, and procedural requirements are meticulously completed to facilitate smooth closings. Your expertise in real estate law, title processing, and research will be essential in coordinating with clients, attorneys, lenders, and title companies to deliver efficient and accurate closing services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of real estate transactions, ensuring clients' dreams of homeownership become reality with professionalism and precision. Responsibilities Review and verify all closing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with applicable real estate laws and regulations Coordinate with title companies, lenders, attorneys, and clients to facilitate seamless document preparation and signing processes Manage the closing process from initial review to closing, including preparing settlement statements and escrow instructions Communicate effectively with all parties involved to address questions or discrepancies promptly Maintain detailed records of all transactions, correspondence, and legal documentation for audit readiness and future reference Requirements Computer experience Excellent customer service skills to assist clients through the closing process with professionalism and clarity Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders involved in real estate transactions Real Estate or Banking experience is a plus, but will train the right candidate Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced legal or real estate setting! Pay:
