Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Title Closing Agent & Processor to join our team in Green Bay. This full-time position plays a key role in coordinating and facilitating residential and commercial real estate closings. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally with a variety of stakeholders, and is committed to accuracy and exceptional service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule real estate closings with buyers, sellers, lenders, real estate agents, and attorneys. Review real estate contracts, title commitments, lender instructions, and other transaction documents. Prepare settlement statements, closing disclosures, and closing packages. Conduct and facilitate real estate closings in accordance with company procedures and applicable regulations. Travel locally to facilitate closings when necessary. Process post-closing documentation, recordings, and related filings. Assist customers in resolving title requirements, title defects, and other transaction-related issues. Maintain accurate transaction files and ensure compliance with company standards. Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients, lenders, real estate professionals, and attorneys. Support general office operations, including answering phones, greeting customers, and assisting team members as needed. Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional demeanor and commitment to outstanding customer service. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology. Preferred Experience 1+ year of experience in real estate, title insurance, escrow, mortgage lending, or a related field. Experience preparing closing documents and coordinating real estate transactions is a plus. Knowledge of title insurance, real estate transactions, escrow, or mortgage lending preferred.
