Colliers | Wisconsin is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Advisor to join our Madison office. This role is designed for established brokers who are looking to grow their platform within a locally owned, fast-growing firm. As part of our team, you will have the autonomy to run your business while benefiting from a collaborative environment, strong local leadership, and expanding opportunities across multiple Wisconsin markets. About the role This is a mid-level advisory position focused on leading sales transactions, building and maintaining client relationships, and expanding market presence in the Madison area and beyond. You will be responsible for driving your own business development while partnering with colleagues across the state to pursue broader opportunities. Key responsibilities Lead and execute commercial leasing and sales transactions across various property types Develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and relationship management Maintain and grow relationships with property owners, tenants, investors, and developers Provide strategic guidance and market insight to clients Build a strong personal brand and presence within the Madison market Collaborate with brokers across Wisconsin on multi-market and client-driven opportunities Contribute to team knowledge sharing and support the development of junior advisors when appropriate Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking through CRM systems Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of commercial real estate brokerage experience Proven track record of transaction activity and client development Established network within the Madison market or broader Wisconsin region preferred Strong business development and negotiation skills Self-directed with the ability to manage and grow an independent book of business Active Wisconsin real estate license Compensation This role operates as an independent contractor (1099) structure, with commission-based earnings aligned to production. It is designed for experienced advisors who are actively generating business and want the flexibility, autonomy, and upside of a performance-driven model.
