Residential Leasing Assistant West Madison, WI | Full-Time | Direct Hire Compensation & Schedule $21/hour + commission Commission earned on: New 12-month leases Lease renewals Sublease transactions Commission may be earned independently or split with the Property Manager depending on the transaction Schedule Monday through
Friday:
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Every other Saturday required Following Wednesday off when Saturday is worked About the Opportunity We are partnering with a well-maintained, upscale apartment community in West Madison to hire a Full-Time Residential Leasing Assistant. This community offers premium amenities including scenic walking trails, fitness center, clubhouse, pool, and beautifully maintained grounds.
