Job Description

Job description We are looking for a detail-oriented, hardworking, and motivated individual to assist in the leasing and administrative efforts. Candidate must possess strong sales skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a proven ability to create a welcoming sense of community while balancing the needs of prospects, residents, and the property.
Responsibilities:
Guide prospective residents through every step of the leasing process, including tours, applications, lease execution, move-ins, renewals, and move-outs. Deliver exceptional customer service by building strong relationships with residents and collaborating closely with the maintenance team to ensure an outstanding living experience. Proactively communicate with prospects through outbound phone calls, email, text messaging, and other follow-up efforts to convert leads into leases. Respond promptly and professionally to all prospect inquiries received by phone, email, online, and in person. Conduct engaging property tours, qualify prospective residents, process applications, prepare lease agreements, and contribute to achieving and maintaining maximum occupancy. Utilize Entrata to manage prospect, resident, and leasing activities. Previous Entrata experience is preferred. Thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment with a strong focus on closing leases and achieving leasing goals. Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Be available to work weekends as part of a rotating schedule. This is a salaried position with commission and benefits, paid vacation, and an excellent office culture. Salary varies with experience.
