Responsibilities:

Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies to showcase properties effectively. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide expert guidance throughout the listing process. Conduct thorough market analyses to determine competitive pricing for properties. Coordinate and host open houses and property showings to attract potential buyers. Negotiate offers and contracts with buyers' agents to ensure favorable outcomes for clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations. Utilize our innovative tools and resources to generate and manage leads efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

Active Wisconsin Real Estate License , or currently enrolled in coursework to obtain one. Strong knowledge of Dane County and surrounding markets (or willingness to learn quickly). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients and teammates. Proven ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously, with strong attention to detail. Confident using CRM systems, email, and phone outreach to manage leads and follow-up tasks. Comfortable with in-person client meetings, property showings, and open houses. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills , with a client-first mindset. Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Willingness to work some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
