This full-time, on-site role is ideal for a motivated, self-starting professional who enjoys working independently, communicating clearly, and assisting residents throughout the leasing process. This is a full-time, on-site position, typically working Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM, with some flexibility based on office needs. The pay rate starts at $24+/hr. based on experience, and competitive benefits are offered.
Responsibilities:
Schedule and conduct apartment showings. Process applications, including reference checks, credit checks, approvals, and file creation. Prepare and execute leases, coordinate move-ins, and support move-outs. Assist residents with inquiries and daily requests. Answer phones, respond to emails, and handle general office duties including copying, filing, and delivering notices. Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor scheduling. Collect rent and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. Conduct market studies and assist with property operations as directed by the Property Manager or Director of Operations & Property Management. Perform errands and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in leasing, property management, customer service, or a related field preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Strong multitasking, follow-up, and sales abilities. Excellent communication skills and a positive, professional attitude. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Willingness to complete a drug screen and background check upon receiving an offer. #MMAS
