$21 to $25 per hour Boldt Holdings provides an array of real estate development and investment services to healthcare and senior living clients across the country. Boldt's convenient, flexible financial offerings and integrated delivery model provides clients with the low-cost option in the market without sacrificing program or quality. Services include acquisitions, facility expansions, planning, design and construction, leasing and physician alignment, and market analysis. As a Real Estate Development Intern at Boldt, you will gain hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of real estate development—working alongside a collaborative team to bring projects from initial concept through completion and long-term ownership. You will support key phases including client relationship building, entitlements, leasing, financing, design, construction, and transition to asset management. In this role, you'll assist in coordinating consultants and project partners, conducting financial feasibility analyses, and leveraging market and economic insights to support underwriting and decision-making. You'll also contribute to business development efforts by supporting client pursuits, helping generate leasing opportunities, and maintaining CRM tools to track and advance opportunities. The anticipated salary range for this position is $21 to $25 per hour. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual's skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university as a Junior or Senior in an undergraduate program. Preferred majors/concentrations in Real Estate, Finance, Economics or related fields. Strong communication skills, including a willingness and comfortability to create and maintain relationships by means of cold and warm phone calls. All candidates must demonstrate a strong desire and aptitude to pursue a career in commercial real estate Goal oriented, with a focus on personal development Evidence of high academic achievement with current or prior elected leadership experience preferred. Passion and desire to work in the construction industry. Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and ability to work optimally with minimum supervision.
