Led by Marissa Canario, Pinnacle Collective offers agents a team environment built around training, coaching, lead support, marketing resources, and consistent accountability. Training Coaching:
New agents receive a full day of onboarding focused on team systems, tools, best practices, and how to operate inside the Pinnacle Collective platform. Agents also receive access to the Sales Rocket training program, weekly team meetings, weekly group coaching for newer agents, bi-weekly one-on-one coaching for experienced agents, special coaching sessions, and Glover U event opportunities. The point is not just to give agents more information. The point is to help agents improve their sales process, follow-up, confidence, and conversion.
