Job Description

Part-Time Sales Associate -
Mini Storage Facility Location:
Fort Smith, AR We're looking for a friendly, reliable Part-Time Sales Associate to join our team at our mini storage facility in Fort Smith, AR. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping customers and can work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone Explain unit sizes, pricing, and rental terms; help customers choose the right unit Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner to convert them into rentals Process rental agreements, payments, and account paperwork using our computer system Collect past due rents and follow up on delinquent accounts Maintain accurate customer and unit records Keep office and bathroom clean and presentable Sweep and maintain units, walkways, and grounds Conduct light facility walk-throughs to monitor unit availability and property condition Handle basic customer service issues and escalate as needed
Requirements:
Comfortable using a computer (data entry, email, basic software) Strong phone etiquette and communication skills Must be available to work until 8:00 PM on scheduled days Must be available to work weekends Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Previous customer service or retail/sales experience preferred but not required
Pay:
Starting at $12.00/hour, pending experience
Schedule:
Part-time; includes evening shifts (until 8:00 PM) and weekend availability required.
Pay:
