We are currently seeking qualified personnel to fill the Car Rental Triage Agent position. Served as the first point of contact for all rental vehicles, conducting initial inspections to identify any mechanical or functional faults. This role requires strong automotive knowledge, preferably with a mechanical background, to assess vehicle conditions and assist with routine maintenance coordination. The agent ensures accurate documentation is uploaded into the system, supporting seamless communication.

Pay Rate:

$13.50 hourly / weekly pay

Shifts Available:

Part-Time weekend P.M.

Job Duties:

Perform initial inspections on rental vehicles to identify any mechanical, safety, or cosmetic issues before rental. Check vehicles for faults related to engine, tires, brakes, lights, fluids, windows, and other critical components. Collaborate with mechanics by assisting in diagnostics and minor repairs when mechanical knowledge allows. Drive vehicles safely to repair or maintenance locations for servicing such as rotations, oil changes, window replacements, and more. Document all vehicle conditions, inspection results, and maintenance activities accurately and upload information promptly into the system. Serve as the primary filter for vehicles needing deeper mechanical attention, directing them efficiently to the maintenance team. Monitor and track vehicle maintenance records to ensure compliance with service schedules and safety standards. Maintain clear communication within the Team to support vehicle readiness. Utilize technological tools and software efficiently for data entry and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Must be 21 years of age or older. Possess a valid U.S. driver's license. Have a clean driving record for the past 3 years. Able to work in inclement weather. Physically capable of handling the workload, including safely getting in and out of vehicles. Capable of walking, standing, and bending for up to 8-hour shifts. Comfortable working outdoors for up to 8-hour shifts. Strong general understanding of vehicle systems and common maintenance procedures. Must be Tech-savvy with experience in digital systems for data entry and reporting. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. #
