We offer flexibility and opportunities to learn new skills. We are looking for a motivated Rental and Service Coordinator to keep up with our growth. You are the direct go-between connecting Department Managers with the Service Technicians and Yard Workers. You oversee the workflow for all departments, ensuring everyone is operating from the same daily playbook. You manage the intake of both shop repairs and rental fleet returns. You never accept a machine with "bad data." You ensure serial numbers are verified, damage is documented, and rental deliveries/pickups are scheduled accurately. Excellence is getting it right the first time. Must be bilingual and have previous experience with parts lookup.
