Responsibilities:

Assist customers with vehicle selection and rental agreements. Process rentals, returns, and exchanges efficiently and accurately. Conduct vehicle inspections and ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards. Provide outstanding customer service and address inquiries or concerns. Manage inventory and assist in fleet management tasks. Promote additional services and products to enhance customer experience. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve operations. Stay updated on company policies and industry trends.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred. Previous experience in customer service or rental car industry is a plus. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Proficient in computer applications and rental software. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Positive attitude and a passion for helping customers.
