About the

Position:

The Marketing Coordinator is a key position that supports the marketing department's customer service goals and provides administrative support in equipment scheduling. This position aids in maintaining a high level of equipment prioritization based on customer order needs and helps to ensure equipment availability for our clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provide outstanding customer service to existing and potential clients by being courteous, responsive and resourceful Develop an extensive knowledge and understanding for Camera Equipment and Supplies used in the Entertainment Industry Place orders for equipment sub-rentals and ensure invoices subsequently received are properly invoiced Take orders from sub-vendors and ensure invoices are properly generated Coordinate timely delivery and return of equipment with Shipping and Receiving Update & maintain document used to schedule/assign equipment for projects Coordinate with Marketing Agents to ensure each job has the proper Cameras, Lenses, and Support Gear required for a successful completion of the job Coordinate with Purchasing and Prep Floor to ensure Camera Equipment is properly requested for purchase Coordinate with Shipping and Receiving and Prep Floor to ensure that the Camera Equipment is serviced in a timely manner Coordinate with the Marketing Department to ensure all paperwork is properly completed in a timely manner Provide additional telephone support to the company's

Receptionist Qualifications:

Exceptional Customer Service skills (courteous, responsive and resourceful) High level of attention to detail Knowledge of motion picture cameras, lenses, and accessories is a plus Familiarity with Mac operating system and
