In this fast paced role, you will be the face of our rental operations, assisting customers with equipment selections, processing rentals and returns, and ensuring a positive experience. Your friendly approach will help customers find the right tools for the job. This position offers a lively environment, occasionally delivering and picking up small pieces of equipment at job sites. Duties Greet customers and provide expert guidance on equipment rentals, product demos, and usage instructions Assist customers with additional equipment, accessories, or related services to enhance their rental experience Manage inventory by stocking shelves, pressure washing, and ensuring equipment is clean, detailed, organized, and ready for use Conduct product demos to demonstrate proper equipment operation and safety procedures Support supervising staff in maintaining store standards, including cleaning work area and stock management Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly explain product features and answer customer questions effectively Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve a diverse customer base efficiently Excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries professionally over the phone Ability to perform basic math calculations quickly for pricing and inventory management This role is perfect for motivated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping customers find solutions.
