Duties:
  • Assist customers in selecting and renting Vehicles based on their needs
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Demonstrate product features and benefits to customers
  • Process rental transactions, including credit card transactions, Vehicle FLEET Repairs in timely manner to and from vendors.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure equipment/ supplies is properly stocked and organized
  • Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of rental Vehicles as needed
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide technical support as needed
Skills:
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and assist multiple customers simultaneously
  • Basic math skills for processing rental transactions and calculating rental fees
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and provide clear instructions on equipment operation
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing and discounts is preferred
  • Technical sales experience is a plus, but not required Prior Equipment Rental Agents/ U-haul Customer Service Reps Strongly Urged to apply!
This position requires a high level of customer service skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. The Vehicle Rental Specialist will play a key role in ensuring that customers have a positive experience while renting from our store.
