Job Description

Join a professional and welcoming hospitality team in a beautiful coastal community. We are a highly rated vacation rental company seeking a motivated, organized, and customer-focused professional to assist with daily rental operations, guest services, reservations, and office administration.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in hospitality, enjoys working with people, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This employee will report directly to the Rental Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for guests, owners, vendors, and prospective renters Manage guest and owner communications via phone, email, and in person Assist with reservations, confirmations, receipts, statements, and rental documentation Coordinate housekeeping schedules, linen inventory, maintenance requests, and vendor scheduling Spot-check completed housekeeping work to ensure quality standards are met Complete pre-arrival inspections for all incoming guests Assist with rental listings, calendar updates, availability, pricing, and marketing initiatives Support advertising efforts, guest outreach, and occupancy goals Maintain accurate records and provide administrative support to daily office operations Handle guest concerns and service issues professionally and efficiently Work collaboratively with office staff, housekeeping, maintenance teams, and association leadership Additional tasks as needed
Pay:
$40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
