Tool Rental Associate Suburban Tool & Party Rental Marietta, GA Job Details Full-time $17 - $19 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Phone communication In-person customer service Delivery driving Clean workspace maintenance Client interaction via phone calls Full Job Description Suburban Rental is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Tool Rental Associate to join our team. This position plays a key role in the day-to-day operation of our tool rental department by assisting customers, maintaining equipment, and helping ensure a smooth rental experience.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer phone calls and assist with rental inquiries Check equipment in and out of the rental fleet Deliver and pick up rental equipment as needed Clean, inspect, and perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment Assist customers with loading and unloading equipment Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work environment Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
Qualifications:
Experience with delivery driving, trailer towing, landscape equipment, construction equipment, or tool rental operations preferred Strong customer service and communication skills Organized, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Clean driving record and ability to provide driving history documentation Must pass a pre-employment drug screening Reliable transportation to and from work
