What You'll Be Doing As a Rental Agent, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable car rental experience.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Assisting customers with the check-in process for picking up their rental cars. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and build lasting relationships. Selling back-end products such as damage waivers, upgrades, fuel options, and more. Meeting and exceeding sales goals in a commission-based pay structure. Representing our company with professionalism and a friendly attitude. What We're Looking For We're seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for sales and customer service. Here's what you'll need to succeed in this role: At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service. A sales-driven mindset with the ability to work towards and achieve commission-based goals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers and teammates.
