Rental Associate

Job Summary RA Rentals is seeking a Rental Associate to provide a quality rental experience at our Spencer, IA location. Responsibilities include equipment check-in, light repair work, local deliveries, and customer service tasks such as loading and unloading equipment. A Class A CDL is preferred for backup delivery duties. Basic mechanical skills are necessary, and on-the-job training will be provided. Successful candidates will be self-motivated, team-oriented, and capable of handling diverse daily tasks. RA Rentals is committed to serving the Spencer community with quality service and an honest sales approach representing trusted brands like Skyjack, Genie, Kubota, Husqvarna and Stihl.

Expected hours:

40 - 50 per week Primary Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is checked-in, clean, and well-maintained.
• Educate customers on equipment safety procedures and ensure they understand how to use the equipment properly.
• Additional tasks as-needed such as light repair work, cleaning the rental area, power washing equipment or assisting with deliveries.
