As a Rental Sales Agent, you will manage customer interactions both in person and over the phone, promote our rental offerings, and ensure a seamless experience from inquiry to contract signing. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and identify their rental needs through active listening and engaging conversation Present rental options clearly, highlighting features and benefits to maximize customer interest Manage the entire sales process from initial inquiry to closing the rental agreement, ensuring accuracy and compliance Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, rental transactions, and inventory status using data entry tools Conduct inventory management and control to ensure availability of rental items and proper stock levels Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, updating records in Microsoft Word and Excel, and managing front desk duties Promote additional services or products through effective marketing strategies and public speaking skills to enhance sales opportunities Requirements Bilingual or multilingual abilities are desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management, inventory control, and data entry tasks Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and public speaking capabilities Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic administrative tools is essential for daily operations Ability to negotiate effectively with customers while maintaining positive relationships Demonstrated organizational skills with a knack for multitasking in a fast-paced setting Experience in retail math for calculating prices, discounts, or payments is advantageous Knowledge of maintenance procedures related to rental equipment or vehicles is a plus A proactive attitude with strong organizational skills to manage front desk responsibilities efficiently Join us as a Rental Sales Agent where your enthusiasm fuels success!
