Rental Coordinator

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Rental Coordinator to oversee our rental operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales within our rental department. This role requires strong administrative skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both customers and team members. Responsibilities Manage daily rental operations, including inventory control and maintenance of rental equipment. Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate rental agreements and terms to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, rental transactions, and customer interactions. Collaborate with marketing teams to promote rental services effectively. Skills Strong administrative skills with attention to detail. Proficient in inventory control processes and maintaining accurate records. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to negotiate effectively with customers and vendors. Knowledge of retail math principles to assess sales performance. Experience in retail sales environments is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting. Familiarity with market trends related to the rental industry is a plus.
