Warehouse Associate - Return and Inventory

Job Summary We are looking for a detail-oriented Returns Specialist/Warehouse Associate to join our logistics team. Unlike a standard picking/packing role, you will be the "gatekeeper" of our inventory, responsible for inspecting returned goods, determining product condition, and ensuring our inventory data remains 100% accurate. Responsibilities Receive & Process:

Unload inbound return shipments and scan packages into our Warehouse Management System (WMS).

Quality Inspection:

Open and inspect returned items for signs of wear, damage, or missing components.

Grading & Disposition:

Categorize products as New/Resellable, Open Box, Refurbished, or Defective.

Data Entry:

Accurately log return reasons (e.g., "damaged in transit" vs. "customer changed mind") to assist our CS and Quality Assurance teams.

Restocking:

Clean and repackage "like-new" items to be returned to active picking shelves.

Warehouse Maintenance:

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in the returns department. Inventory Physical Count Qualifications and Skills Attention to

Tech Savvy:

Comfortable using handheld RF scanners and basic computer software (WMS/Excel).

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to [50 lbs] regularly.

Ability to make quick, consistent decisions on product quality based on company guidelines.

Reliability:

A consistent track record of punctuality and a "team-first" attitude.
