Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Rental Agent to join our team! In this energetic role, you will be the friendly face guiding customers through their rental journey, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless rental experience. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will help drive sales, manage inventory, and foster positive relationships with clients. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise while working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Responsibilities Greet customers at the front desk with enthusiasm, providing detailed information about available rental options. Manage inventory control. Be Proficient with data entry, Be well diversed with explaining terms and conditions of all rental agreements. Negotiate additional products for upselling opportunities with prospective renters, demonstrating strong sales management and communication skills. Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries, scheduling appointments, or following up with clients. Occasionally prepare vehicles for arriving customers. Experience Previous experience in retail sales, outside sales, or customer service roles is highly desirable. Familiarity with inventory management, and inventory control processes is preferred. Strong organizational skills combined with technical proficiency. Demonstrated ability to handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting safely and efficiently is important. Excellent communication skills, including public speaking and negotiation abilities, will help you excel in engaging clients and closing deals. Administrative experience related to front desk operations or maintenance tasks will support your effectiveness as a Rental Agent.
