Full time Direct Hire Position Summary The RMA Specialist is responsible for managing the complete Return Material Authorization (RMA) process, including product returns, warranty claims, inspections, replacements, and credit processing. This role works closely with customers, sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of returns while minimizing inventory and financial impact. Key Responsibilities Manage the full RMA process from return authorization through final resolution. Inspect and perform basic testing on returned products to determine disposition. Process credits, replacements, and warranty claims within the ERP system. Maintain accurate RMA records and documentation. Coordinate with customers and internal teams regarding returns and warranty issues. Track return trends and report recurring quality or product concerns. Support warehouse operations and proper handling of returned inventory. Operate a forklift as needed. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in returns processing, warehouse operations, customer service, or a related field. Experience working in a distribution environment . Hands-on experience using an ERP system . Forklift experience is good to have. Comfortable working in a warehouse environment throughout the day. Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in distribution, manufacturing, electrical, or lighting industries. Experience handling warranty claims and product quality issues. Success Measures Timely RMA processing and resolution. Accurate credit and replacement processing. High customer satisfaction and efficient issue resolution.
