As a Rental Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with vehicle rentals, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth and positive rental experience. You will serve as the primary point of contact for rental customers, providing excellent customer service and handling all rental processes efficiently. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with people and have a passion for the automotive industry. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist customers with vehicle rental reservations Explain rental agreements, rates, and insurance options clearly to customers Process rental applications and complete all necessary paperwork Ensure rental vehicles are clean, well-maintained, and ready for customers Manage vehicle return inspections and process payments accurately Maintain accurate rental records and documentation Coordinate with the service and sales departments as needed Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions promptly Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in vehicle rentals or customer service is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset Benefits 401K with company match Paid time off Paid holidays Paid training Direct deposit Sponsored healthcare Health savings account with company match Apply for this job
