Job Description
The Rental Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks within a branch of a regional Construction Equipment Dealership. This position entails working approximately 45
- 50 hours per week, and salary is dependent on experience.
Rental Operations:
- Respond to Customer Calls, Provide quotations
- Track 'Lost' Rents
- Verify Customer Account and Insurance
- Coordinate transportation of equipment
- Rental Contract Generation and Close
- Rental Damage processing
- Rental Invoicing
- Obtain credit applications from prospective customers
- Communicate with service department and technicians in prioritizing rental machine readiness
Issue Purchase Orders Equipment Operations:
- Receive in new equipment
- Perform system updates
- Process equipment related documents
